The course
Twenty-seven holes of championship golf.
The course unfolds across nearly 100 hectares within an estate of more than 300. Yet the measure of the project is not only its scale, but the hands behind it: planning, construction and upkeep are entrusted to the same team that built the Buenos Aires Golf. Every decision answers to one standard of excellence, conceived to welcome both everyday golfers and international tournaments.
The three courses: White, Red and Green
Three courses, three ways to play.
The 27 holes are arranged as three championship nines that can be paired in different combinations. Each 18-hole round becomes a different experience, so no two outings follow the same path and every tee time feels new. A generous practice area completes the picture, with dedicated space for the long game, the short game and putting.
The design
The team behind the Buenos Aires Golf Club.
The course was designed by Randall Thompson and Kelly Blake Moran of American Golf Design, an internationally acclaimed studio with courses in the United States, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Chile and Panama. Their vision pairs decades of experience with a deep understanding of the game at its highest level.
The land
A routing shaped by the land itself.
Spread across nearly a hundred hectares, the course follows the natural creek beds of the property. Meadows, streams and lakes become part of the round, creating a landscape where golf and nature coexist in quiet harmony. The routing also reveals the course from the neighborhood itself, making it part of everyday life in Manantiales.
Golf memberships
650 memberships. An opportunity that only grows rarer.
Golf membership is optional and separate from the property; it is not included. Secured within the first six months, it qualifies for pre-launch terms. Membership is limited and its value rises in stages as the club fills. Only a few remain before the next adjustment.

The gatehouses mark the threshold between the road and the estate: stone, timber and lattice, in the same architectural language as the club house. Digital access control and round-the-clock security within a fully fenced perimeter.
From the gate to the first tee.
From the entrance, paved streets wind past groves and lakes to the club house and the three courses.
A private stretch of coastline.
A Beach Club with access to a private stretch of coast, conceived as a complete service for owners and just minutes from the estate. A luxury experience: a signature restaurant, a beach bar, a deck above the sea.
The ocean fills the entire wall.
Minimalist contemporary architecture, with floor-to-ceiling glass framing 360° views of the ocean: the sea fills the entire wall, uninterrupted by a single beam. The dialogue with nature begins on the deck, which follows the terrain rather than imposing itself upon it.
